Where do events take place?
Two San Antonio spaces, or yours. La Cantera sits inside Signia by Hilton on the north side. Basila Frocks is a 1929 garment factory on the West Side with a 4,600 square foot courtyard that holds up to 400 cocktail-style or 250 seated. If neither fits, the mobile hat bar comes to your office, hotel, or venue.
Is there parking at Basila Frocks?
Yes. Twenty free spaces on site, easy street parking around the building, and free overflow parking at the school down the street with room for hundreds more. Nobody circles the block.
What is a hat bar experience?
Guests choose a hat style (cowboy, rancher, wide brim, or flat brim for men), pick their felt color, and customize it with bands, pins, feathers, and accessories. Our stylists help with shaping and finishing. Everyone walks out wearing a custom hat they built themselves.
How many people can a hat bar handle?
We run events for groups as small as 10 and as large as 400+. Our setup scales to fit your headcount. Pricing adjusts based on group size.
Can you bring the hat bar to our venue?
Yes. Our mobile hat bar travels to offices, hotels, event venues, convention centers, and private spaces across San Antonio and nationwide. We bring everything: hats, accessories, tools, and stylists.
How long does a corporate hat bar event take?
Most events run 1.5 to 3 hours depending on group size. We'll recommend the right timing based on your headcount and event schedule.
Can we add our company logo to the hats?
Yes. We offer custom branding: your logo burned or pressed onto every hat. It's a next-level touch for retreats, product launches, or client gifts.
What do guests take home?
Their hat. Every guest leaves with the custom hat they made during the event. No shipping, no waiting. It's ready the moment they finish.
How much does a corporate hat bar event cost?

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks out for local San Antonio events. For larger groups (100+) or nationwide travel, 4-6 weeks gives us time to plan everything perfectly.
